Curiously enough, unlike Antonina's choice of oil paints as the medium for portraiture, the medium that felt appropriate to translate her passion for music was digital.

As a young adult Antonina tried her skills out in playing an instrument (piano & guitar), however aside from an occasional sweet attempt at a song or two at social gatherings, Antonina never excelled at playing an instrument enough to do much with it. Creating computer-generated visuals in Photoshop using sources, such as photographs, vector graphics, real life textures etc. became an excellent way for Antonina to express her love for sound and use music as an inspiration for her art.
